About Full Tilt Circuit

Full Tilt Circuit is an arcade style racing game meant to be controlled with a Wii Balance Board. The game has a third-person perspective where the player controls a futuristic motorcycle in a 3D environment with 2D art assets. As the player goes around the racetrack, they will leave a trail that will give them a speed boost if they drive through it in the laps that follow. The game is single player and the competitive nature comes from a timer and a leaderboard that will display the fastest times that the track has been completed. The game is designed with a retro science-fiction aesthetic where the track is set on a Mars colony.

Gameplay Mechanics

Wii Fit Controls

This game utilizes a Wii Fit Balance Board as its controlller.  Best used placing it in a chair and sitting down, the player tilts their own body in order to control the bike! Combined with fast speeds and a high amount of drift, this makes the game an excellent challenge!

Speed Trails

As the player drives around the track, they will leave speed trails behind them.  If the player rides along those trails is subsequent laps they will gain a burst of speed.  This speed can allow for much faster times if the player is accurate, but can also make it much harder to control.

Speed Timing

The main goal of this game is to get the fastest speed possible.  The players time is recorded and shwon to the player throughout the game, including the very end in order to allow multiple players to race and compare their times!
